Ya its a set pic, my friend Ashley Tisdale had it on her xanga and said its from the set, so it is.

my best guess is that it's a pic someone took of them...most likely season two, due to the lenght of their hair...

Yeah it's not a promo picture.And who's cake is that.Maybe it's Cole and Dylan's Cake or maybe Ashley's who knows.
